2nd Highest Ranking SS Member?

Greetings All -

Question:
Who was the second highest ranking member of the SS after RFSS H.Himmler?

F.X. Schwarz ?
K. Daluege ?
J. Dietrich ?
P. Hausser ?

Or another ?

While I'm at it - who outranked whom - Dietrich or Hausser?

Info greatly appreciated :?

best regards -
