No unit in the norwegian Legion had that Fpnr, so "Hucks 216" probably gave correct answer.

Vogt commanded I.Norge until 1.3.45, and then a Stubaf Barth succeeded him, according to Michaelis. it does also say that Radke commanded the remains of the I./Norge, so at least unofficially he was the last commander.
