Re: Terrorist act in Oslo

Hello! this act has sincerly changed the Norwegian people indeed. Sad to say, but thanks to god that it was a Norwegian man who did this. One of our own, and therefor no external enemy to target afterwards. Norway is a large country, with a rather small population. It is - I´d say - unusual, to say ...

The division itself is, in my humble opinion, one of the more interesting SS ones - even if they operated in an easy-to-forget area most of the time. I am especially curious about this publication, as mr Moore and mr Houlihan seems so convinc...

Hello!
No unit in the norwegian Legion had that Fpnr, so "Hucks 216" probably gave correct answer.

Re: SS-Røntgensturmbann

Hello! According to the OOB in Davies "Warzaw 44", the RöStub units were: - 1 SMG platoon placed in "Angriffsgruppe Reck", and the 1st Platoon from Company "Röntgen" is listed as reserve unit. The Dirlewanger unit was placed in "Angriffsgruppe Reinefarth". This listing is from 20.8.44, and might hav...

Re: SS-Pz.Gren.Rgt 23 "NORGE"

Hello! Are you sure that Ostuf Radke formally was commanding I./Norge? Vogt commanded I.Norge until 1.3.45, and then a Stubaf Barth succeeded him, according to Michaelis. it does also say that Radke commanded the remains of the I./Norge, so at least unofficially he was the last commander. Who was Ha...
