No crown on mine (just the "K" above the "9"), but otherwise yes. I have to look but II think the "k" is a dfferent type of script also.

know that he would have worn the EK, in the few photos I have of him from WWI he is only wearing the EK and PLM; which is why I asked about the others. Thank you for the link.

Rommel at Caporetto

I am about to start a new project (historical miniature) of a protrait of Rommel at Caporetto and I was wondering if I should include his IC and or any other awards. I think the IC would be appropriate, but that is it. Thoughts?

I am looking for a photo of a stosstruppen (WWI) that appeared in Charles Messenger's _Trench Fighting_ that was part of Ballatine Books Series "An Illustrated History of the Violent Century." The Photo shows a stosstruppen (sorry if that is not the correct tense my HS German is failing me...

Was the Ramcke Brigade issued with FG 42s or just standard infantry weapons (i.e. Mausers, MP 40s etc)?
