During polnische campaign, 8 ID and 28 ID as parts of 14th Army (german) were involved in fighting in south of Poland and Slovaquia. I'm looking for informations about these combat between 1 and 20th october 1939.

Many thanks for your reply.
We find in some text "Zabel" and found as well a guy with name "Zobel" (same person?) and his panzer (IV?) fall in Meuse in Bouvigne area.
The museum has a picture of this panzer release from the river in 1941.

I'm looking for book (pages, photocopy are welcome) from Kdr Alfred Dürrwanger about Ktb I.R. 83 for western fight in the beginning of may 1940. Between 10 and 15 may. Dürrwanger received EK 1st class for success during this time.

I'm also forumer on ATF40 (a forum dedicated to French army of 1940). In this forum a french guy talked about informations from III/ IR 84 reporter. Is this KTB available somewhere? (book or something else)
