German hospitals after Dunkirk

Can anyone point me in the likely hospital a fairly badly wounded British soldier would have ended after being taken prisoner off the beach in Dunkirk. He was fairly badly wounded so I imagine unable to travel any great distance. He did recover and escaped (eventually) returning to the UK in 1941.
