Help identify Panzer Officer

I recently acquired a WW2 Panzer visor hat that has “Jank” written inside the hat under the sweatband. I assume that this is the Panzer Officers last name.
I am trying to research this name, and the possibilities, as to who this might of belonged. I realize that Jank is a common name but I am making the assumption and narrow down the possibilities assuming that there were
Not that many “Jank” Panzer officers and assuming that this one survived the war.
I was hoping to get any thoughts, information, direction or sources that may be available to get some good possibilities as to the possible owner. I realize that this may be a needle in a haystack, especially with out a first name or Initial, but I thought it might be worth a try. Thanks.
