Hi:

I have NARA microfilm rolls which include ship's logs from Schiff 24, 26, 28, and 47. This type of designation was usually used for 'commerce raiders'. The numbers issued for these ships were: 5, 10, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 33, 36, 41, and 45. Does anyone know the type and name of the three ships designated Schiff 24, 26, 28, and 47. Thanks for any help.
