According the the Axis History Factbook, Hans Volkmer was one of four individuals who won the German Cross in Gold twice. I was wondering if anyone had any more information on him. Also I was wondering if anyone knows who were the other three. Thank you.

Rauff (Gold and Silver) has a biography in "German Cross in Gold Holders of the SS and Police."
