Hi all,

I need some information about a "dark" grandpa in my family. We don´t know a lot of him, he dissapeared in the 50´s.
His name was Johan Nacher, born in Frankfurt. He passed into Spain after the war and stay here for several years and try to create a family, he didn´t achieve it and dissapeard one day.
We know he joined the French Foreigner Legion and was killed in action in Algerie, almost that is which we think.
Could anyone help us to find some extra information about him?

Thanks a lot,

DPR

Contact:
Deutsche Dienststelle (WASt)
Eichborndamm 179 13403 Berlin

tel. (030) 41904-169

This contact works for next of kin. Give them his full name--they'll be able to give you his military outfit particulars, where and when stationed. They do not have info on POW time. Some of their info is also still classified.

Check for a website.
