Need help with RAD unit

I have a rad unit from a relatives letter. Can anyone identify the unit and its location?
RAD Abt K.3/140L
Heuneburg? krs. Wittlich
Any help would be appreciated

3rd Kompanie Arbeitgau 140?
Heuneburg is correct in kreis Wittlich.

in my files i have the location of RAD-Abteilung 3/140 as Jessen,then Elster in 1943
