Does anyone have any info. on the above Regts. I believe they belonged to the same Division and may have been based in Posen???????

10. Reserve-Division

Hello Hans,

both regiments were formed in Posen and were components of the 18. Reserve-Infanterie-Brigade of 10. Reserve-Division. Reserve-Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 46 was transfered to the 237. Infanterie-Brigade of 119. Infanterie-Division in March 1915. The first commanders of the two regiments were Oberstleutnant Staroste and Oberstleutnant Matthiass respectively.
