SS-Uscha. Eberhard Köpke received at least 3 tank destruction badges (first on 9.10.1944).

Did Dietrich got one Panzer-Nacker Award?
I'm asking this because:
He remained in command of the Leibstandarte in Russia with continuing success, before leaving it in July 1943 to take over the newly formed I SS Panzer Corps and took part in the re-capture of Kharkov. On one occasion in Russia he and some other officers had sat down to a meal in a derilict house somewhere in Russia when a Soviet T-34 burst in almost on top of them. Without a moments hesitation he leapt onto the tank and deposited a grenade into the turret and disabled the tank.
This I found on Elite Forces of Third Reich page on him.

I don't think so if it's Sepp Dietrich you mean. I've never seen him with the badge nor have I heard of your statement before.

It was Dietrich all right, but Wily and not Joe :D . This apparently occurred during the 1942-43 Don battles when Wilhelm Dietrich's I./Polizei-Infanterie Rgt.1 was rushed to stem the Russian onslaught against the positions of Italian Army as part of KG Schuldt. It's maybe also interesting that according to Lehmann, Wilhelm destroyed this tank while Husemann says it was destroyed by a self propelled PAK (but looking at the list I would have to say that Lehmann is probably right).

I have found another soldier with several kills:

Bei dieser mit großer Härte geführten Kämpfen zeichnete sich die im Ort MARKTL b. TRAISEN verteidigende 14.[PzZerst]Kp des FschJgRgt 30 in besonderem Maße aus.
Allein dem KpKdt, Lt KERST, gelingt in kurzer Zeit der bestätigte Abschuß von 7 sowjetischen Panzern mit der Panzerfaust.
