There's an ex SS barracks out near Dutzenteich in Nurnberg. Rather a large bleak brick building. Can't remember what it houses now though.

Servus,
I was stationed in Berlin at the Andrews Barracks, which was formerly known as the Licherfelde Kaserne which was home to the Leibsandarte.
On a different note, the French Berlin Garrison was stationed at Quartier Napoleon, which was the home of the Herman Goering Panzer Division.

Regards,

Helmut

Hello Metatrone!
Moorlager ?
I have never heard this Term "Moorlager" conc. to a SS-Camp/Barracks, was this "Moorlager" possibly located in Northern Germany?

Thanks for any further Information...

Hello to all :D; taking advantage of this post.....................................

Barracks in Graz.

Any idea what happened to these buildings? Did they survive the war? If the answer is affirmative, what function do they currently fulfill?
