I hope to get a response from someone on this forum in regards to my picture below. It shows the first two vehicles in a column. The vehicles have their unit emblem on the left side. I went on to search this list from Mr. Awender. It should be the emblem of the 72. Infanterie-Division.
Is someone able to confirm this? The outline on my picture seems a bit larger than the image in the list. Any additional information such as vehicle types would be more than welcome too!!
Thank you for your time,
Laurens

The cross in photo b is actually a red cross marking!
This is apparent by its position, but if you see photo c you see a triangle tactical marking of Sanitäts-Abteilung.
Next to the tactical marking, you see a vague Wiesel. Therefore I assume this is from 125.Infanterie-Division.

Hello Akira,
I must say I was confused when I found this picture. The first moment, I also shared your thoughts that this was a red-cross marking. But compared with other red-cross markings, most, if not all photos with medical vehicles have a circular (probably white) background with the cross on top of it. That is the reason I thought that it must have been a unit emblem. So this would mean that the outline on the red-cross is probably white?
Furthermore, the explanation for the 125. Infanterie-Division is strongly possible. Thank you for pointing that out as I completely missed it.
Kind regards,
Laurens

True, most red-cross markings have white background as you say, but there are other examples and in this case, the medical unit marking led me believe that this is the red cross.
Anything to support my observation (other photos from the grouping and/or backside writings)?

Of course, or to decline...Anything to support my observation
According to Breymayer, Sanitätsdienste 125 has following names.
Feldlaz.125: O'Arzt Dr. Köstlin, St.Arzt Dr. Berthold
1.San.-Kp: St.Arzt Meyer, St.Arzt Dr. Berthold, St.Arzt Walker
2.San.-Kp.: St.Arzt Gottsch, St.Arzt Heyn
1.KrKW-Zug: Oblt. Frey
1.KrKW-Zug: Hptm.Kleinheinz
Hope this helps,

I don't think there is anything to decline...or to decline...
It is not possible to get any wiser from the back of the photos as they only have a simple number on it and no writings. Furthermore, the two photos were obtained from a random collection (I mean there is no large group or something, just two photos).
The original sights are visible here:

Thank you for your help and the valuable addition of the names! But may I ask about the name Breymayer? Is he a veteran or somehow related to this division? Or is he an author from some kind of unit history?

Thank you for the bigger pictures! Breymayer is the author of divisional history. Not so often do we find names to this lower level, so I really wish the photos had some names on it!

Hello!
I agree with Akira. It is definately a red cross marking. The bus has the tactical marking for a Sanitätskompanie as Akira said.
The white background of the red cross was often overpainted especially in russia.
I wouldn´t dare to say that the blurry shape you see is the weasel of the 125.Inf.Div. but it would be possible.
Here an example of a overpainted red cross background
And here an image of the 125.er weasel:
