Can anyone tell me if the Recon Unit Seeauklarungsgruppe 126 was based at Parow in 1941?

No, only the Stab and 1. und 2. Staffel were based at Parow, and that was in 1945 as the war ended. No listing of them being based there in 1941 at all.
