Spanish Cross winners

The winners of the Spanish Cross in Gold with Diamonds are well known. I was just wondering if there exists a list or a reference book that covers the 1126 gold crosses, the 8304 silver crosses with swords, and the 8462 bronze crosses with Swords. Thanks.
