SS-Oberführer (SS-Gericht) signature mystery

Gentlemen, is anyone able to decipher the signature below and tell me who is the SS-Oberführer working at the SS-Gerichstamt in September and October 1935?

I've been unable to find an officer of this rank or higher whose name begins with F and ends with
hode, orde or ode.

Thanks for any help clearing up this mystery.
