It includes an Addendum to volume 1, three new biographies of officers (Boyer, Frantz, De Kerigant), three biographies "special" honorary committee of the W-SS (Herold-Paquis, Cousteau, Deat)and , mainly, biographies of more than 250 men (Standarten-OberJunker, NCOs and other ranks).
In appendices, various lists (short biographies of volunteers of lesser importance or little known), registered holders of the Iron Cross, promotion of French in the SS-PzGren. Schule Kienschlag the full text of the "French Plan to recovery." The charts are the same as volume one, but have been slightly updated (minor details).
