I'd like to know the best way to translate this document title: "Notizen nach Führervortrag". Does "Notes from the Führer's Guidance" make sense or is "Notes from the Führer Meeting" more appropriate?

Any suggestions?

how about "Notes from the consultation with the Commander"

That's better than what I suggested, but the issue is that these are not from just any "commander". The Führervortrag references direct conferences with Hitler. I may just adopt "Notes from the Führer Conference."
