Macarthy of the 'Bureau Concordia'

Hi

I found a mention of this man (I presume) as having worked in the Bureau Concordia. Apparently he was influenced by Goebbels and Joyce propaganda and joined the Perish Juda Club. It is thought he joined the Kurt Eggers and disappeared.

Does anyone know anything of this man. It may possibly be an alias.
