FW-44 Stieglitz; Polish Campaign 1939

Esteemed forum members;

During the early stages of Polish campaign, one of the Luftwaffe's FW-44 Stieglitz a/c apparently received some battle damage and was forced to crash-land in Lithuania.

I am trying to locate some data on this a/c, such as from which Luftwaffe unit the a/c in question came from, the exact nature of the damage to the a/c, Kennzeichen data, etc., but to date, I have not been able to locate same.

I would be most appreciative of some guidance as to where I might be able to track down at least some of the particulars.
