The right wine for the occasion

Post by Magnus »

I saw on the TV a programme about a company in Italy that sold wines with historical persons on the labels, mostly related to WWII though. They asked people what they thought about these labels and most were ok with it, and many bottles were sold as souvenirs. Of course there were bad reactions as well, but that is to be expected.

How about some Dönitz with the fish or a Mussolini with the pasta? Relax with a glass of Marx after a hard day of work in the factory. Pull out a bottle of Hitler when your mother-in-law comes to visit :D

Hello Magnus!

Well, for everyone that want to drink some less politically correct wine here'e the wine dealer for you all. I just wonder about the "Sepp Dietrich" label of wine... I always thought that Bier was the preferred drink when it comes to Wurst and Sauerkraut...

I would think the best red wine would be a bottle of Stalin :D
