Kuschnereit,
I forgot to mention to enter in 'search Google': Kuschnereit
You'll find over 20,000 entries.
Hope this will help.
BTW, sometimes family names are changed; i.e., Kuschnereit could have been spelt Kutschnereit, Kutschnereut, Kuschnereut (or similar, i.e., anyone of them with a double 'r'.

Hello kuschnereit!

There are tons of websites conc. to Namensforschung, (Onomastik) in german language, this is one link:

http://www.onomastik.com/

The origin of my own lastname is in german language Graveur (engraver)

The origin of my grandparents/greatgrandparents lastname is of aristocratic origin here in germany, this lastname can be traced back to the early medieval time...

A fascinating thing to search about, to sorry one day is only 24 hours short.

Good luck for your research!
