Hitler Youth patch question

I recently got a bunch of HJ stuff and one of the patches really has me puzzled. It's a medical patch with the "life rune" on it. But it has a red felt background with the rune embroidered in white. I cannot find any references to this patch in my books? Someone on another forum said that he saw the patch in the Angolia books (which I don't have). Anyone have an idea?

Please post a Photo, I have seen a comparable SA-Patch, without a Photo, your Question is difficult to answer...
