What is a typical "finder's fee" ?

Is there a standard "finder's fee" when talking about the military history book market ? I am talking about being a go-between, acquiring the rights to publish a book in a different language and then being the go-between for the original and the new translation publisher...
Looking for any info / advice / experience...
