have any idea of the pay scales for enlisted service personel.
r/e german soldiers/navy/airforce/etc, ww2.
from the lowest ranks to the highest.
i would also be interested to know, what would the family, widows etc recive,
from the goverment re a pension, in lieu of loss of a next of kin???
if this subject has been posted before i appoligise, i have looked in most index's,
and could not find anything. referring to this question,

That scan would be a pay chart, but I think it's actually pre-war. The pensions and other subsidies, I'd have to dig further for.

hi everyone
i just found this site below very interesting lots of information,
on numerous subjects, but this one caught my eye

where it shows the standard set of pay scales, and allowances.
the ranks shown are from privates to captains only,
and the aticle is based on 1942 pay scales for serving overseas africa korp members.
i was just wondering if this would be the basics of all ''troops'' serving outside germanys border at the time
any information would be welcomed,
