First up is this excellent postcard, Der Hauptmann von Köpenick, (The Captain from Köpenick). Based on a true story, see - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wilhelm_Voigt. The 1931 B&W version is my favourite, but alas is not currently available on dvd. However, the 1956 is available from Amazon, and I urge you to check it out :)
