Hello to all :D; little more....................

Funk-Kampfwagen (Radio-Tanks).

This type of vehicle was described as light radio tank with special super-structure (leichte funk-panzerwagen mit sonderaufbau) and was built by mounting an especially designed fixed super-structure onto a normal 2. serie/La.S chassis (as the Pz Kw I Ausf. A); the super-structure had the same size as the normal twin machine-gun turret. Fifteen were completed just in time for the first tactical exercise of an armored division held at Munsterlager from 18 to 30 Aug 1935. Those vehicles were outfitted with transmitting and receiving radio sets for exercising the command and control. Later the chassis was lengthened (five roadwheels) for the 1.Serie/Kl.Pz.Bef.Wg (as the Pz Kw I Ausf. B) and the super-structure was designed to accommodate a crew of three (driver, radio-operator an Commander-gunner) and the transmitter/receiver radio set (20 W).
