I would say Bolshevik Russia is the greatest world/European thief and Nazi Germany comes in second.

Bolshevik Russia stole's everyone souls and made decent people infected with a disease called communism/bolshevism.

And don't forget the good old U.S.A.
When the war was over, TRAINLOADS, that became SHIPLOADS, of Invention-, and instruction- paper files , as well as experimental models, were confiscated and brought to the U.S. From there on this material became great "U.S." inventions.

and with colonisation came loads of theft all over the world ,the diamonds in africa for example,all this came with loads of killing and stuff,so who was the biggest one....dont know but it was always like that,and will keep on goin,g,now they dont go for art of gold,now its all about the oil :-)
