Hi
I have searched as best I can across all my resources and the net, so now I hope that a expert can help. Did the Heer on the Eastern Front convert any PzII chassis to carry a Sig 33 howitzer in the same way as they did with the PzI (that is piggybacking the howitzer on the PZII body with a makeshift armoured frame around it). I realise that the PzII & 38T Bison was experimented with but they were dedicated variants, not in-field adaptations.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
