Wetterdienst - German Weather Service During NS Period
Does anyone have any info at all about the national German weather service during the NS period? Who did it report to, who led the organization, was it totally subordinate to the Luftwaffe or did it remain independant? Did it have any particular uniform markings? I have found almost nothing on this topic so far??

Think the NS and especially Göring put their/his stamp on this one right from the start!
