German Cross in Gold for Hugo Kraas

Dear friends, I can not find the document (or simply the text of) on the recommendation of the German Cross in Gold for Hugo Kraas when served in LSSAH. I am in possession of all personalakte of SS decorated, but in the folder of Kraas there is nothing. Thank you all for your cooperation.
