Help with SS-Ranks

The use of the rank SS-Anwärter in 1940
Was it used to show he was on a probationary period before receiving the rank of SS-Mann
or that he had completed a preparatory course for officer candidate ?
Also
anyone know the meaning of this promotion
SS-Mann to Sturmm.(0,75) also (75 Pfg)
is the 0,75 a payrise ?
and SS- Unterscharf.o.G.
The meaning of o.G.
Last one SS-Unterscharf.m.G.
The meaning of m.G.

the o.G. and m.G. make me think 'ohne' and 'mit,' with or without, but nothing's coming to mind for the 'G'.

Anwärter was a cadet, or candidate. I'm not entirely sure if it meant under-going training, or waiting for the check to clear for Party dues.

Going from Mann to Sturmmann was indeed a promotion, but I don't know what the pay rates were at all. I don't know if that figure was his raise, or his new pay.

SS-Anwärter is the final rank shown on a K.I.A. list I have so not sure if it means
he had completed a preparatory course for officer candidate or N.C.O.
I didn't think they would have taken part in battles if still in a probationary period before receiving the rank of SS-Mann ?
No idea's on the others though as one promotion was from a SS-Unterscharf.o.G. to a SS-Unterscharf.m.G.
