SS-Untersturmführer Mariën

I’m looking for the promotion date of the Flemish SS-Untersturmführer Jozef Mariën (21.7.1916). Mariën was a member of the ‘Flämische Wachabteilungen’ (Wehrmachtsgefolge). In 1942 he participated on the ‘Offiziersanwärter-Lehrgang der Landesschützen-Bataillone’ at the Truppenübungsplatz of Maria-ter-Heide in Belgium. After this course he was promoted to Wachtmeister (Offiziersanwärter), and later to Leutnant. He later joined the Waffen-SS, where he reached the rank of SS-Unterscharführer. From 1.4.-31.8.1944 he was a participant at the ‘4. Lehrgang für germanische Offiziere’ at the SS-Junkerschule of Bad-Tölz. Some time later he became SS-Untersturmführer, when exactly is unknown to me, can somebody help me with this?
He later served as a Zugführer in the SS-Freiwilligen-Grenadier-Regiment 66 at the Oder-front.
