i have worked my way through the Fuhrer List Part 1 for S.Here are name's thar are NOT on the fuhrer list
can anybody confirm they were serving officers with the lah

It would be helpful if you gave the source of your information. Based upon some of the spelling errors I would suspect at least some of the names come from Lehmann's series on the LAH. As an example, you have a "Fritz Schiele" listed, but in the A - Z list of my "Führerliste der Waffen-SS" puiblication I have this listing- (format is lost)

While there is no BDC Personalakte on this man I would have obtained some information from the 9 November 1941 SS- Verordnungsblatt for his promotion to Ustuf. with SS number. The 29.12.1941Tagesmeldung der SS Divisionen lists him as as KIA as a member of the Flak Abt. LAH and he turns up again on the VDK Web site with his date of birth and place of death. Band II of Lehmann's books places Schiele in the 1 Batterie (3.7 cm) in Juli 1941. Looking at my index card ion Schiele I see that I changed the unit from the 1 to the 4 Batterie. I suspect that the reason was the addition of three 8.8 cm batteries as the new 1 - 3 batteries later in 1941 with the 3.7 cm batteries being renumbered as the 4 and 5 batteries later in 1941 according to Stöber's book, "Die Flugabwehrverbände der Waffen-SS". In the book, "Gefährten unsrer Jugend" by Reinhold Sellner and other Flak vets the name "Fritz" Schiele appears and I believe that is an error. Anyway, this is a typical example of the reference sources that went into preparing the entries in the A - Z list in my "Führerliste der Waffen-SS" so it makes a pretty good cross reference tool, despite the occasional error. Usually the entries are confirmed by information in the Personalakten, however, many of those are missing for KIAs. Researchers here should accept the fact that sometimes spelling differences in family names or different first names are going to turn up in books and magazines. Sometimes the German record keepers during the war even made spelling errors and two different Personalakten for the same person are found with variations in spelling the family name as several members here have pointed out to me.

yes i thought otto and fritz schiele were the the same man,thank you for that.
As for my sources i'm not to sure as i've baught most publications on the LSSAH both English,German and French.Also Der Freiwillige but when i wrote the names down i havn't put what publication i fond them in.
