Latvian 15th Waffen Division of the SS records.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for obtaining personnel records and/or service records of my father who I believe served in the Latvian 15th Waffen Division of the SS ?

His name was Matīss Jānis Ulmkalns (Matiss Janis Ulmkalns - for non Latvian records !)

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
