Searching about V Marine artillerie abteilung from Pillau

Hallo everybody from Konigsberg (Kaliningrad). I have this photo in my collection. There are V Marine artilleie abteilung from Pillau (Ost Preussen). Sailors stand in front of Skagerrak kaserne in Pillau. Now this city called Baltiysk. In this building located russian Baltic navy Intelligence service (ts ts ts, it`s a secret information!=))). I now very little information about it division. It was generated in 1920 and in 1939 it was reformed in V Marine artilleie regimen. That`s all what I know. Dear friends! Can you help yo me with information? If you know something- wright here.
