Photos of Northern Italian and Adriatic ports

I am looking for photos of Axis held ports such as Grenoa, La Spezia, Leghorn, Fiume, etc. in 1944 and 1945 that show shipping and warships. I am researching German and RSI escort craft and transports in these waters late 1944 to the end of the war. Rather than beat the bushes for specific ship photos, I find that the smaller obscure ships and boats often appear in the background of other photos.
