Can anyone recommend a good account of the attempted coup by Austrian Nazis in Vienna on 25 July 1934?

Here is title you might want to try to find:

Hitler and the Forgotten Nazis by Bruce F. Pauley

I haven't read it and I don't know anything about it other than it is a history of the Austrian Nazi party. I found a reference to it while doing other research and I remembered your post. I don't know if it has a good account of the coup attempt, but at the very least it probably has a bibliography that could help you.
