Schiffer is publishing Peter Mooney's Waffen SS Knights and their Battles Vol. 4, to be released late this year.

I have read the first three volumes of this series. The author knows his subject well and has personally interviewed a number of the people that he writes about during his many years of researching this subject. These books are organized chronologically and the material is presented in the context of the battles and associated divisions at various points in time. The author provides detailed descriptions concerning what these men did to earn a Ritterkreuz. Unfortunately, the publisher has not done well with the photographic aspects of the first three books. Many photos of people suffer from being overly enlarged with a significant loss in resolution and are terrible to look at. Hopefully, the publisher has corrected that shortcoming in Vol. 4
