Luftwaffe pilot accounts in cold weather

Does anyone know of any published or web-based accounts of Luftwaffe pilots in cold weather? I am particularly interested in problems experienced by Ju-52 pilots during the Stalingrad and Demyansk airlifts. Joel Haywood's "Stopped at Stalingrad" is a great operational overview, but the book does not really examine the particular problems posed by cold in very great detail.
Most of the published first-person accounts I have read, with the exception of Rudel, deal with fighter pilots. Are there any others published in English that I am not aware of?
All help is sincerely appreciated.
