Gentlemen,

I am having some difficulty coming up with an intelligent and accurate translation for this sentence:

"Auf Anweisung bezw. Anforderung Kommandeur Versorgung Bezirk Angewiesen". I realize it is talking about the commander of a supply district, but the "bezw." keeps throwing me off. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks,
