Hans Boeckh-Behrens

Can anyone tell me who Oberst Boeckh- (Also listed as Böckh-)Behrens replaced as C.o.S. at 16th Armee in Janaury 1942, and who took his place there in July 1943?

He was named as CO of 32nd Inf. Div. two weeks after giving up his C.o.S. position but was temporarily replaced by Franz Schlieper (See the connection now?) at the begining of February 1944, but I can find no reference to what he (Boeckh-Behrens that is.) was doing before his return in June.

Richard,

Boeckh-Behrens replaced Rolf Wuthmann as CdS 16 AOK on 16.1.42, and was in turn replaced by Paul Herrmann on 1.7.43.
