Heer Kriegsberichter - Dr. Wacker ?

Hello experts -- I am trying to find information that might ultimately lead me to a Kriegsberichter named Dr. Wacker...I am not 100% sure of the name - it might be a version of the real name - I have a diary from a Heer Tiger veteran. Shortly after "Citadelle" this kriegsberichter (maybe not official military ??) was placed with a Tiger crew. He is said to have already been on a U-Boot and in an aircraft for previous reports.
Apparently he took photos and wrote an article about his experiences with this unit...
If anyone can help me out I would greatly appreciate it !! I would love to be able to track down the article...maybe find some photos...
