Anerkennungsurkunde and Honor Roll question

I was just wondering between the awards of the Anerkennungsurkunde der Oberbefehlshaber des Heeres and being listed in the Ehrenblatt, which award was considered higher. I know the Knight's Cross was higher than the German Cross, which, in turn was higher than either the AU and EB. I have also seen cases were recommendations for the German Cross were downgraded to that of either the AU or EB. However I was just curious as to which of these two awards was considered higher or more prestigious. I know the AU was more rare, but that doesn't make it a higher award. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
