Who is this General?

Gents,

Can anyone help me to ID this General? The photo is taken in Bielefeld at a oath of allegiance parade. Present were gunners of II. Abt. Art. Reg. 42 and soldiers of Inf. Reg. 18. This seems to be a pre-war photo. Could it be the Divisional Commander of Inf. Div. 6. perhaps?

Generalleutnant Walter Kuntze, May 15, 1935 - Mars 1, 1938
Generalleutnant Arnold Freiherr von Biegeleben, Mars 1, 1938 - October 11, 1940


Haven't been able yet to find photographs of these Generels but there you go...:-)
