Die Generale der Deutschen Luftwaffe 1935-1945

Hey, does anyone have this set by Hildebrand and a scanner? I screwed up and need help with getting a single page- I borrowed the set via interlibrary loan to copy select generals' bios but missed the third page of Kammhuber's bio (page 148 of Volume 2). If some kind soul can send it to me I'd consider it a real favor.
