Kurt Debus in May 1945

Can anyone tell me exactly where V-2 engineer Dr Kurt Debus was in early May 1945. His unit was at Cuxhaven. Also he held a rank in the SS and had been a member of the SA. Does anybody know his rank in the SS ?
