Vorhandwerker = Leading Craftsman = a mechanic (maybe on panzer or an other vehicle)

The polish submarine "Orzel" (Eagle) under construction at Vlissingen in the Netherlands ("De Schelde" shipyards)
The "Orzel" was launched on the 15th of july 1938
